Re: Porsche 944 Turbo 1/24

well its been a while, i had to "pause" my model cars for some time, because i need the time to be update with the university...now im at holidays so, i will finish this car

I had a lot of paint problems, so im going to strip all the paint and start from zero.

I detailed a little bit the engine, but i think i didnt show it in this forum, so this is how it look

The injection

Some bigger photos

Now...this is how the car is right now, those previous photos were from July

I bought some evergreen...luckily i found it here in my country (and cheaper than at Ebay)

I meassure the ride high

i started to assembly a new (from scratch) front suspension

Something like this should look like when its finish

Today i did some work...i wan to have direction on the front wheels, so i started...

This is the piece that make the whole thing work

First try

I did some improvment on the design...which was (and still is because needs more work) a little bit rough

Lets try it on the chasis

We have direction!!

To the other side...

This is the back suspension....a lot more simple

Final ride high

Well, that all for today....hope you like it

Muchas gracias Simon...!!

A little update....

I finally finish all to do a quick assembly and check the general ride high, and if all the wheels touch at the same time ont hte floor and all that....

This is what you see when you put out the chasis

This is the front suspension...this is my first time working with evergreen and plastruct products....they are sooo cool, very helpful to modify or create something for the car

This picture here, show everything unassembled

And some pictures that i took, that i like it

Those little rod that you see there, i have to burn those a little with the tin solder to keep everything in the right place

Well, i hope you like it...comments are welcome

Bye
