95 Probe GT Headlight Stuck up

I was just given a 95 Probe GT, I am just getting to know it and finding the little problems it has. One issue is the passanger side head light is stuck up, it drives me crazy...How can I fix this? Is it a motor that needs to be replaced?

fuse in the engine bay fuse box maybe?
