engine question
i'm kinda new at engine building and swapping. i was curious about one thing: i heard somewhere that you can swap various parts between engines as long as they are in the same series d's with d's b's=b's.......
is this ture? right now i'm in the the middle of a stock d15b7 stock swap and plan to rebuild the severely blown engine that is comming out of my current 2,000+lb paperweight that is just sitting in my garage. i was thinking about build a b16 then changed my mind when i found the greater displacing b18. i can afford either but i was just wondering which would be preferred by the highly repected honda croud....i plan on using a spoon stroker kit for either project.....i figure the name alone in my area will make the riceboys in my area wet there little daddy-bought-civic front seats. i hate wanna-be's....... |

an that brand doesn't even build motors for straightline tuning, they build them for auto-x'n.
