Jamal,
Have you read the 22 previous posts on this thread? First determine if there is spark at the plug.

Re: 95 Camry 4cyl - No spark

If there is no power to the distributor, check the 12 v wire to the distributor for continuity.

Re: '94 Camry turns over but won't start

I separated this into a different thread since you have a different model year and the previous thread had a resolution.

The most typical culprit is a weak ignition coil. It can give a spark and when tested with an ohmmeter it will barely pass, but the spark is too weak to ignite. If this is it, I'd recommend replacing with a Toyota coil...aftermarket ones don't last.

The second common culprit is a faulty coolant temperature sensor.

The third culprit is also in the distributor, called a condenser...a little barrel-shaped part connected to the left-side ignition coil. If the insulator looks melted, it's probably cooked.

Post back if you find the solution.

Re: '94 Camry turns over but won't start

Then I would check the 30A AM2 fuse located in the fuse box #2 in the engine compartment along the driver's side. After that, check the igniter for proper ground and operation, also on the driver's side near the firewall, mounted to the inner fender and next to the air filter box.
