Plymouth/voyager-1997 dtc420 probable cause

1997 plymouth/voyager dtc code420 catalyst efficiency below threshold bank 1 repairs done-tune-up and all vacuum hoses checked or replaced. Any ideas code still coming up. Hadley3119

Most likely a bad cat converter. Small chance the O2 sensors are bad but have to confirm it with a scope. Smack the cat. If you hear internal rattling or it sounds like it's full of sand you definitely need a new one.

EDIT Have you tried resetting the light? Sometimes that's all that's needed for a while at least. Daughters Accord threw a 420 a few months ago. Reset it and it's still not back.
