Best place for used cars?
what are the best places for cheap camaro's im looking into selling my car for 2500 (after i replace the tranny mount and get new struts/tires on it) maybe 2800 depends on how much i dump into it, anyway im looking for a newer 4th gen manual transmission.
a 6 banger wouldnt be bad due to insurance but a 8 would be great! |

Re: Best place for used cars?
If you know a lot about cars, the trading paper/ad bulletin would be the best place. That's only if you know a lot, so you can check it yourself and make sure you're not getting screwed over.

Re: Best place for used cars?
Dude, that car is extremly nice. I want it damn it lol. Quite a bit of miles for it, only 6 cylinder( I know you don't mind). For 3,999, it sounds like a steal. Ofcourse, do you research but that car is smokin'!

Re: Best place for used cars?
Miles wise, you are actualy below average, dealers see 15,000 as average but under 12,000 a year is nice. that car on autotrader, looks cool and all, has a bunch of miles but for the price I think its good. One thing though... cash only... whatever happend to money orders, last time I checked those were pretty secure as long as youw ere buying the car in person... its prolly nothing though

Re: Best place for used cars?
Hey, is that paint factory or what? I know a good paint job will cost upwards of 5 grand, so just curious. If you don't mind the miles and v6, buy it.
BTW/EDIT: http://autotrader.com/fyc/vdp.jsp?ca...sp=y&cardist=3 This car is a '98 with 104,000 miles, only difference is that its a v8. Still a hell of a lot more then the car you posted.
