2000 Windstar P0715

I have a 2000 3.8L Windstar with the P0715 DTC.
Am I looking at replacing the: The Turbine Shaft Speed (TSS) Sensor, or The Output Shaft Speed (OSS) Sensor?

Anyone got a part number? The parts guy has no clue when I asked about a TSS.
