2004 - Harmonic Balancer - pulley
I hope this may help someone else - My daughters 2004 Sienna threw both belts off (PS & Alt). After I looked at the alignment of the pulleys I noticed that the crankshaft pulley was off by at least 3/4 on an inch. I managed to push it back into place, but it wandered back after I installed both belts. Further checking resulted into the realization that the pulley was separated internally. I purchased a new one at NAPA with a harmonic balancer puller and I finished the repair.
