I have a 1994 Mazda 626 LX and lately a creak has developed on my right front side when I accelerate, or braking to a stop. I was wondering if anyone has any ideas of what it might be the culprit of the noise. I should also note it does not make any sounds when hitting a bump, just stop and go
Thanks for any information |

Best to have one of our local installers check it out. Problem could be a ball joint, tie-rod end, or rubber bushing.
Whenever you brake, you shift weight to the front of the car. Whenever you accelerate you shift weight to the back of the car. So whatever part is make the noise is being effected by these weight shifts. |

Thank you for you response.
I do not know, but the weird thing is if I slow down and e-brake it to a complete stop there is no creaks, and when I let up on the clutch to the point where it starts to grab to take off which is the point where it normally creaks it doesn't. It is mystifying to me. |
