94 integra LS back tires hitting the well

i just put new 17's on my car that's lowered with progress springs. i have 205-40-17 size tires and with normal driving the tires do not hit teh wheel wells at all. But when i turn a corner at a fairly faster than normal speed, not really fast though, i can hear the rear left tire rubbing onto the oustide wheel well. anything i can do to fix this? is this normal? any input would be greatly appreciated.
