98 sunfire clutch pedal stuck to the floor
This car is a 1998 Sunfire with a 2.2L engine and a five speed transmission. The fluid had leaked from the clutch reservoir. I filled it with fluid and as I was pumping the pedal I heard a click sound and the pedal stuck to the floor. I looked at where the cable goes into the bell housing and I could see it sticking out. I can move it in and out like it had let go inside. Does this mean the transmission has to come out to reconnect the devise?
