96 Blazer fuel pressure problem

Hey guys. I have a 96 Blazer that I replaced both the spider and fuel pump in about a year ago. Started having issues cranking so I checked the spider and the plenum was showing signs of washing so I replaced the spider again. Well, still having problems with cranking. I just checked the pressure and this is what I got.

Key on: Nothing for the first one or two turns. On the third it jumps to 60 and then sinks fast.

Runnnig: 50 psi

Before I replace the fuel pump again is there any chance it could be a relay issue?

Re: 96 Blazer fuel pressure problem

Nope. Pressure is held by two things, either the check valve in the fuel pump or the fuel pressure regulator. It has nothing to do with electrical components.
