Lumbar Support problems Lincoln Towncar 2005

My father has a 2005 Lincoln Towncar and the Lumbar support on the passanger seat is not working. he can hear the pump, but it does not inflate.
how can it be accessed? I am thinking that the plastic on the seatback can be removed but I wonder if anyone here has instructions to do so, I do not want to just pry and break something.

You would have to take the seat out of the car and completely dis assemble it. Sorry, I dont have the instruction on how to do it. You might want to try going to Lincolsonline.com to post your question there as well.
