aftermarket headunit installed and running but speakers aren't working
The headunit is installed and is working, lighting up and everything but the speakers will not come on. Every color is hooked up to the corresponding color but speakers will not work. All 4 speakers not just one or two.

Do you have an amplifier?

No just the factory amp that is installed under the passenger seat

If you're sure everything is hooked up right, those are pretty easy to damage. Might try and find a diagram and bypass the amp.

Re: aftermarket headunit installed and running but speakers aren't working
I understand because i had the same problem. What you will need to do is run the stereo harness directly to the speakers. Take out the seat on the passenger side, remove the amp and and connect your harness to the speaker wires that were on the amp. Guarantee it will work. I did it!
