Best swap for 88 teg?

Hey everybody, I'm a newbie here.
I was wondering what I could do with my 88 integra RS as far as swaps go. I was thinking B18B1 cuz its non-VTEC, and that would be easier. But please tell me what you guys think. Should I stick with the D16? They don't make a turbo kit for it, and I don't really want to fabricate one if I don't have to. I do plan to turbo if that helps.
Thanks

You can get a custom turbo kit for your car. Anyways i would throw in a gsr motor in it. I think www.hasport.com makes b-series mount kit for your ride.

arent 88 tegs equipped with a DOHC d series, they make turbo kits for civics, and they got d series, wont that work for this guy.

anyways, b16a sir1 is a cheap swap, 1050 bucks and the b16a is a great motor.

Yeh it works. But the only thing is that he has to get custom piping.

Yeah it has a D16A1, thats the DOHC non-vtec making 118 HP. The ZC isn't a direct bolt in swap, you have to fab the one motor mount - I think the front one is different. But I can't do that cuz the laws here in PA are very strict(Not as bad as CA though) and it's illegal to weld to the frame.
I heard that you can modify a 92-95 Greddy civic turbo kit to work, but I think I'd rather have a B series.
So what is all involved with the swap of the SI-R1 B16 into my teg? - besides mounts. What about ECU?
Thanks guys

I would suggest you push your 88 teg into the lake or set it on fire, your insurance company and say your car was stolen and take the money to get a newer teg and put a B18C-R

Yeah I love all 3G's. Have the 1st and 3rd, want to get a 2nd. I actually like the 2nd the best, they are they biggest inside. I'm 6 foot 200 pounds so these little cars don't give much head room and comfort but you gotta like em. Sold my 90 GS  to get the 2000 LS, rather have the 90. Oh well

No way! LS is way better for turbo. You can get 300 HP on stock internals and even externals except exhaust. I'm going to get 3" custom straightpipe exhaust. Fuel management, and price of a turbo kit and exhaust is all the expenses you need to get 300 HP out of it running 12 PSI. Now, drivetrain is another thing, need a good clutch and probably a LSD to get that kinda power to the ground.

Nice, a swap that gives good HP for under 2000-maybe, I can handle that. What is that B16 like 160 HP right? And would the axles, etc. work? Oh and one more thing, If I wanted to get a header what would I get it for? Would a civic one work for the SIR?
