2000 Tracker Blower Motor blows fuses

I am working on a 2000 Chevvy Tracker that keeps blowing the fuse when the blower motor runs. It would run from 0 seconds to maybe 5 minutes. I replaced the blower motor, real piece of work, and it ran for about 5 minutes. When i tried to use it a few hours later, the fuse blew out again.
Has anyone experenced this?. Removing the blower motor on this is not fun guys.
