what should I check for before buying a ae86?
I might have found one and was wondering what I should check for?

Do you know if it is an ae86? If it is you will see a big solid rear axel under the back and when you are looking for that check for rust. If the floor boards are rusted through dont bother with it because it will be more trouble than its worth. Also make sure the low beams work!

It is still rwd and the 4ag is cheap so if it is in good shape dont rule it out

I wouldn't, but someone has found me a red hatch which he is 80% sure its a GTS
