1989 ford f-450 7.5L

hi my 89 ford f 450 is acting weird it was fine, then one day it was poping out the tail pipe and driving cappy ,, i was starting it in the drive way and it was dying and really popping lould so i changed the fuel filter and it seemed to be okay,, i let it sit and then drove it,,, i let it sit a week and then bang! nothing like it had no spark but then it will fire for 1 sec and a little pop so im lost and to plugs were loose on the rt side i pulled them and they were wet,, soked with gas i cleand them but it still wont start ..........if any of u guys can help me with a trouble shoot that would be great money so tight right now

Check dist. And cap. Sound like a distributer problem.
