1996 Sierra evaporator freezing up. No air flow through vents.

Hi all,
My evaporator seems to freeze up after my air has been on for a little while.
I can switch the air off and turn it on vent until the air starts flowing again through the vents then turn the air back on and I have cold air for a couple more minutes. Any ideas?

Thank You,
Brian

Check your expansion valve. If its bad, it will flood your evaporator
