Mechanic charged me for $400 and my car wont even work.
ark flywheel with clutchmaster stage 1, 2007 hyundai tiburon sehe said i needed a dual mass flywheel? whaT!? everyone on the internet told me single was fine pull style clutch, The "sticker" fly wheel (spine) (pop outside) side goes to the flywheel. Are we doing something wrong here? now he put back the car , clutch wont engage, cant drive car.......$400 gone............suggestions!? thank you for your time |

A letter to the BBB and the local chamber of commerce helps, too.
If he has a warranty, then he should honor it. If not, let him know that he needs to fix it or you can have it repaired by another shop and then sue him in small-claims court for the cost plus any rental fees due to negligence. But if he put the single-mass clutch in as you told him instead of the needed dual, then he has a leg to stand on against you. I would have gone to a different shop for a second opinion on this setup if this were an issue. Good luck!
