2003 Alero-Squealing noise

I own a 2003 Alero, and last year it started to make a squeling noise that sounds like it is coming from the right front side tire. The noise will not happen until you are at 15mph or higher, definitely related to speed of rotation, gets faster. It comes and goes, you can drive it for a couple days and nothing, and then have it happen everytime you pull out of the driveway.
I have taken it to a couple mechanics but to no avail, it is still there, any suggestions?
It has about 100,000 miles and I did have to replace the transmission about two years ago.
thanks for any help

Welcome to AF.

How old are the brakes? The disc pad wear indicator can cause a squealing sound. What happens when you hit the brakes when the noise sets in? Other possibility is the hub which has the wheel bearings.

I have had the brake pads checked out. I do know what you mean about the indicator squealing, this is definitely not that. I know they have replaced the cv joint once, but that didn't help for very long.
