Alfa T33/2 and T33/3 1/24th Scale Designs

Here are a few of my own kits I built a few years ago. They are the Alfa T33 / 1971 3 Targa Florio and T33 / 1967 2 Sebring. Both kits are old Scale Designs kits that are no longer in production. The last is a Alfa 8C based on the very good Welly's 1/24th diecast. I converted it to an open top.

On to the models:

Re: Alfa T33/2 and T33/3 1/24th Scale Designs

Thanks for your comments. I recomend these new 1/24th diecasts for cars that are not modeled in kit form(and somethimes if they are). They are getting very good. I bought a 1/24th Maserati MC12 from Cararama, and have to say it looks better that the EJAN 1/24th kit. You can buy the MC12 EJAN decals from Hiro without the kit. That will save you alot of money. The only problem with the diecasts is they are very hard metal and the plastic windows are sometimes thick. If they are not to rounded you can replace with clear plastic sheet like I did on the Alfa 8C.
