repair questions

my friend has a 1990 Accord LX i think. it has 150K plus miles on it. so far hes had a trans. hose go, his thermostat, and fan go. my question is what is the most likely thing to go next? the car is in fair shape but has no engine mods nor does he use Octane booster , fuel treatment, or any such product, and he only uses reg. unleaded. his driving style is fast and aggressive.

I'll gamble on the engine, those valves like to get shot once in a while, unless he drives slo, then I would bet on the air conditioning.

nevermind he just got into a fender bender so hes gonna get like a grand out of it. i hate him. hes got 2 Alpine R 12's on the way, he already has Alpine S speakers and a JVC, soon to be , what else, Alpine.
its got white seven spoke 17's and euro tails, goin back to OE tho bc of moisture inside housing. whatever
