99 GMC jimmy air pump

Air pump relay location for a 1999 GMC Jimmy. The service engine light comes on, the air pump fuse,(30 amp) blows. The fuse is replaced, the system is reset and after aprox 100 miles the light comes on again. My mechanic says the pump is working when the fuse is changed but can't find any possible shorted wires. He called the dealer and got a number for the relay but the dealer had no idea where it is. I hope you can help.
Thanks in advance
Tom
