Re: How to drain tranny fluid?

You don't specify year or engine, but most Camrys have a 10MM allen head bolt on the bottom of the transmission pan to drain the fluid.

Re: How to drain tranny fluid?

If you want to replace all the fluid, you will have to flush it. Draining the pan only drains about a third of the fluid. There is a substantial amount in the torque converter and the valve body. (this is assuming you have an automatic transmission). You may have to drain and fill the differential also.
