P1130

Ok guys i have a CAN OBDII scanner, these are the reading when i hook the scanner up:
MIL Stratus - OK
Misfire monitor- OK
Fuel system mon- OK
Catalyst mon- OK
Evap system monitor - INC
Oxygen sens Monitor - OK
Oxygen sens HTR - OK
EGR system - OK
With that being said what can be causing code P1130, I've replace the oxygen sensor on the driver side before the cat still nothing. Help

swap O2 sensors see if the code changes. Is this the only code ?

check the fuel regulator for leakage into the vacuum line.

this sensor gets wiring damage because the wire to it was not proper secured.

Re: P1130

j cAT sorry for mis-type the code is 1133 not 1130, i replaced both up stream sensor and fuel regulator back in March this year, and the code came back right afterward, so I replace the drive side up stream last Friday thinking it may be defective, drove all weekend and it came back today. On the same note yesterday i drove through carwash and as i was going through the dryer the service engine light started flashing.check it and code P0300 misfire on the drive home went away, today P1133 came back.
Thanks in advance.

The cause for this code is not enough O2 output switching. bad wiring / connectors at the PCM /exhaust leaks / etc.

with the car wash incident your wiring could be messed up.

also check fuses especially the O2 heater fuses/sockets for security.

people wiggle the fuses for removal. this damages the socket.

remove the under hood fuse box from fender, check those wires and connectors under there for damage [rodents]
