Getting off door panels

OK, I finally gutted the interior of the car. My problem id getting the door panels off. I got all the screws I think???

I got the one behind the latch, the ones on the sides, and the ones on the bottom. I pulled on it and it isn't coming off.

I think I have to take the window handle off, but how do I do that??? Also if there is anything else I need to do.

To remove the handles, there's a clip that you have to remove...

If you pry the crank away from the door a bit and look at the shaft that it's mounted to, you'll see a small brass wire clip that holds the handle on. Just push that clip off of the shaft and the handle will come off.
