changing speakers in 98 dodge stratus

i just put new cd player in car stock speaker dont sound good i wanna change door and rear speaker in back window but cant figure out how back ones cant figure how to get to get to and doors dont want to take door panel off and dont want to break anything if u kno how please tell me thanks
