Lets take a second and compare apples to apples. When Dragonball Z was written, it was at a time when Superman was juggling planets, warping through time and coming up with a new power about every other month. While DBZ is pretty slick, Goku wouldn't last a single round. He's way outclassed. If you only go by a "cool" factor (and remember we are all geeks for even knowing this shit - so cool isn't our middle name) Goku wins, if a fight breaks out - Goku goes to see Emma again.

Please point out the episode where Goku blew up a planet. Or even a moon. I can point to dozens of times that superman moved the earth and even stars. Saying that he "can" is not the same as having done it. Sorry, but just because you like a character (and there are more likable characters then either of these two guys) doesn't make them the strongest. Supes in a blowout.
