need quick timing help!!!!!

i need to know step by step how to set the timing on a 1993 accord lx (f22) we had to replace the head gasket, so the timing belt is off of the cam sprocket and everything, i just need to know how to put the belt back on and get the timing perfect, thanx in advance!!!

on the tcam gears, there are marks/notches, and arrows. you turn the gears so the arrow point straight up, and the notches should be parallel to each other on the inside of the two gears.....make sense?
