Question HELP 2001 civic sedan tail lights

I cant for the life of me figure how to get these damn tail lights off... all the bolts, bulbs and clips are off... i see something underneath the car holding the bottom of the light... but how do these come off!! helpppppp!!

I have read on the sedan the bumper has to come off. Could be sealant.

If you're taking them off to put on different taillights, don't, leave the stock ones on
