Electric fuel pumps on 98 E-350

I have a 98 E-350 with the V10 engine. It is hard to start. It takes a few tries, then sputters. Once it starts, things seem OK.
I heard it could be a weak fuel pump. I also heard it may have two fuel pumps. If it has two, how can I tell which one is weak?

Also, I plan to check the fuel rail pressure. As you know, working on a V10 in a van isn't fun. Very hard to see or find anything. Where exactly is the fuel pressure test site on the fuel rail?
I know I can go find it , but it is winter and I really would like to just go right to it without searching for it.

Where is the least expensive place to get a fuel pump? Is one pump more likely to die before the other, if so which one?

If the fuel check valve is leaking you could use one of these.

Install close to the tank before the fuel filter.
If the problem only occurs when one tank is being it would be this tank.
Make sure the line size is correct if planning to order.

I only have one big 35 gallon tank.
Do you know where the fuel rail pressure tap is? I can put a gage on it and see if the pressure bleeds down.
