Grand Am Steering problems
The other day the steering just let loose in my 99 grand am. It still drives but I have to turn the wheel twice as far to turn as I did before. the steering is really loose and when I turn from left to right there is a clunky grinding noise like there is a loose connection somewhere. Is this just a simple fix where I just need to tighten something back up?

Re: Grand Am Steering problems
Welcome to AF !
Be carefull ! That souds like the rack & pinion might hav came loose or is broken. I'd get that inspected ASAP ! Could do more damage and its also a safety hazzard!
