05 Tacoma PreRunner , No start.

05 tacoma prerunner 4.0, will not run sometimes. Spins over well, but like its not getting any fuel. Scanned it and came up with a key fault code. Tried another key and still will not start. So, I came in this morning and was going to push it outside, and it starts. It might run for a week now..Then it will be back again on a tow truck for same problem. Any common problems with these trucks ? Possible computer problem? There are no shorts between the computer and key module. And the wires ohm out perfectly.
