Checking codes on a 94SL2

Is there a way to pull codes out of a 94 SL2 without a scan tool? it has been kicking a code every once in a wile, and whatt o find out what it is.

Yes use a paper clip. I posted directions here earlier. If you cant find them Ill post them again.

Cool. Took some digging, but I it!!!

Now the light is off now. Does the PCM store code on these cars?? Im mostly used to the Ford setup.

OK, ran the codes, and it showed a code 12. From what I could find that is a normal check code, and shows no error.

I will try to catch it when it comes on.
