Request for reference pics - Mercedes Benz 500SL (R129)

A friend of mine gave me his tamiya 1/24 mercedes benz 500SL (R129) kit to be fixed, but it seems I have a tall order ahead of me due to the missing or broken parts, but this would still be a nice challenge. I've been searching for R129 reference pics but haven't come across that much so I'm not that eager on continuing this yet. If any of you have this actual car, or know friends who have one, or just plain have a lot of reference pics for this, it would be appreciated.

This is how his kit looks so far...

hood with broken off parts

the body with missing side mirrors, headlamps, foglamps, door handles, and the convertible details. had to recast the left seat to make the missing right seat, and front suspension parts. It's also missing the dashboard so that's a tall order...

The grille is very delicate and will be tough to pull off accurately and cleanly. These kits are readily available, and I won't spend much time fixing it. Good luck, though, if you just to pursue it!

robi: thanks!

BVC: i was actually thinking of snagging one off ebay but i guess it's a matter of pride...or seeing how i could pull this off without going crazy. LOL! my friend actually also handed me his 1/12 F-40 which was in way worse condition and i'm about 3/4ths of the way on giving up on the F-40.

I bought an already built SL at E*** some time ago, only for its engine.
The hood is ok, but there´s a heavy paint on it. I would give it to you for free, but unfortunately the shipping might be expensive...

At least here are some pics for you:

You can order parts from HLJ, using the re-release AMG 500SL as a source.
