steering very hard

I have a 90 accord with 177,000 miles on it. The problem is that the steering is very hard. I haven't saw any leaks or anything and can't figure out what's the problem. As far as i can tell the power steering pump is intact. Any suggestions?

Re: steering very hard

if the steering is very hard either the pump is bad or you are out of fluid or the belt is broke
