99 villager filler neck

I have a 99 Villager that I just sold. It runs like a top and the few problems I knew of, I disclosed. What I was not aware of is the filler neck for the gas tank has rust holes. We have E check, so as is, this van can't be licensed. I have agreed to pay for the part and pay him to install it. Problem is, we can't find the part. He wants to keep the van and I don't want to buy it back. But if we can't find this filler neck, I will buy it back. It seems the part is no longer in production. There has to be one out there. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
