Vin Code
Maybe someone can help me figure out whats what.I want to know how to read this.They say the first 10 are most important. Please tell me what each one is.

You can find that yourself.
http://www.alldata.com/products/diy/index.html First 10 is where made and type of truck and brake system sise and engine and year. The last no's in VIN is needed to tell the hole story on everything. The dealer can decode the hole VIN thing and tell you for sure what you have.
