Question Ned hep with putting a d16a7 out of a 96 into my 89?'

I have a 89' civic Dx hatchback and I need help with putting a 96' D16A7 engine into it. Could somebody tell me what I need? I have the complete engine with wiring harness. Will the transmission from a 91' CRX Si fit the engine, will the clutch and pressure plate from the 96' fit the transmission? What about the ECU,do I need that from the 96 also.
