3.8 L in 92 Lumina
Does anyone know if a 3.8 liter 91 Bonneville engine will fit in a 92 Lumina? I've got a trashed Bonneville, with a good engine in it, and I would like to swap the stock 3.1 L in the Lumina for the 3.8 L if possible.
Thanks for reading!

Yes, it's been done. Do a google search for 3.8 Luminas and you'll find some info.

Re: 3.8 L in 92 Lumina
The resulting car will not be worth the effort. Unless you really know what you're doing, I wouldn't bother. Things like motor/trans mounts will have to be fabricated and welded into position as the first gen Lumi frame isn't set up for the 3800. If you have the gumption, money, and time, anything is possible, but the end has to justify the means.
