traction control warning light

My 1996 Cadillac Deville shows up Traction Control on the screen, and once that comes on it says theft system may not restart car. Now when i crank it the car wont stay on.

If anyone knows anything about this problem please let me know. THANKS.

Welcome to AF, you need to have the bcm scanned for both these issues.
