Back Seat headrests

This is my 3rd. Tahoe.

Old 97, my first had detachable headrests in back.

Now the last two have fancy moving HR's.

I'd like to get the pesky things out of the way when I carry loads of bulky stuff, anyone have the same problems and know how to remove and replace them without destroying the seats.

PS This '03 with the 5.3 is much much better than the last one with the crappy 4.8.

GS.
