new parts no start

'93 jeep cherokee start and run... after new: plugs, wires, cap, rotor, and battery the engine will not do anything. all fuses are good all electronics in the cockpit work as do exterior electrical. when the ignition switch is engaged the temp. gauge sweeps all the way to the right. did i do someting wrong?

If it ran fine before you did your work, go back and check all the connections that you worked on, and all the connections nearby.

It could be as simple as the coil wire being unattached (an error I admit to doing several times)
