Any vehicle with a small-block Chevy V8.
Seriously, any GM car from the 70's onward that was available with a V8 should be okay with minimal work (possibly lower mounts and some drilling). Anything that's not GM - well figure it out.
We did a Chevy 350 conversion on a 1975 Datsun 280Z back in the 80s - it was pretty much drop-in as far as the physical aspect was concerned - the driveshaft did need to be shortened and we needed to fabricate a crossmember for the M22 rock crusher tranny - we also had to weld the bottom half of a Datsun mount to the top half of a Chevy mount, but the mount locations were all in the same place. I always wondered if the Nissan engineers designed this car around a small block - the engine fit in like the car was made for it. We did have to fabricate the exhaust for it, however.
