How, would you handle an ass^&*(

Hi, I'm just venting here. I work at a large warehouse. I'm 5'9 197lbs. I've got a little bit of chunkiness, but not much. I work hard, so I'm in decent shape. Not perfect, but not a fatboy by any means. I work with a guy whose temper is very extreme. He's 6'1 250lbs. His mood swings go from an angel to a demon in the blink of an eye. I hate the fact that I've worked there for 2.5 years and I still get no respect from this ass%^$& It's not just me. I've seen him go off on other people as well. What makes my blood boil is that he rarely . If ever, will treat people his own size, or close to it the same way. I can't stand a man who has to f#$% with people alot smaller than him. I'm not whining. I just hate a coward. I'm a mellow guy. I'll never start a fight. This guy thinks he's a bad ass!!! Compared to me, it's not a contest. I have next to nothing when it comes to a temper. But, I also can promise. I can get crazy angry when provoked for a long period of time. I don't want to do something stupid. Please advise me . I need an alternitive. Thanks...

But as for your problem just ignore the dude if he is that big and can only start shit with smaller guys then he definatley is a coward. I guess one day when he steps up to you, your just going to have to knock him back down.

If he ever says anything to you, just point out he's a pussy because he hides behind his fat and nothing else. Before he beats you to death, just ask him "what about that guy" and just point to someone larger than him. Just make him feel like a wuss. If he's too scared to even talk to someone bigger, than talk to someone bigger than him and discuss how much of a wuss he is for not talking to someone bigger, and I bet you'll have that person to help you out if the problem persists.

Thanks for the advice. But, this guy is a caveman. Anything I would point out would probably result in a beating. I've had a few in my life . So, I'm not real worried about that. I just don't want to lose my job because I can't take anymore of his s%^$# The funny thing is that I know guys my size, at 5'8 240lbs. Do you have any brothers? Cousins? Good friends? There's always power in unity of many. I don't care what people say, you mess with one guy in our family, you mess with the whole clan. Take some of you buddies in several car loads, and have a hot-headed friend/cousin talk to this big guy, "you pick on my friend/brother one more time, your mother's going to find your head in a dumpster, son." next time he starts a problem just tell him that if he can't talk to you like a normal human being than to just shut the fuck up and leave you alone. if he tries to start a fight talk to your manager or foreman or whoever and complain.
