Exclamation Wanted to buy 98 cavy 2.4L motor

I have a 98 cavalier z24 thats immaculate except for the curse of the motor.
The head was cracked so after 1700$ fixing that and only two days later the Damn thing threw a rod so Im on the lookout for a Motor for the cavy. It has to be the same stock one it had and if you know where I can get a deal on one or have one lemme know. Much appreciated.

That depends on how much you're willing to spend on a used motor.

I'm tryin to find something like around 1300-1500 installed and erthing where I can just drive off with no worries. I can get one around here for that price but I was wondering if I could find a better deal on a motor on here. thx

You can get a good used motor and installed for 1,500.

I got my motor off ebay company called LKQ. Pretty much nation wide. $300 shipped...

And there are a few places that will install from $750 to $1,000
