Signals, stops & jerks, & passenger heat is cold

If anyone can please help. I would grealty apreciate it.I just purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee 1999 Ltd. w/ 56K miles on 02/15/06. However I am noticing a few problems. My turns signals are going out and then coming back on whenever they want. In additon whenever I come to a stop. The car appears to jerk, before it completley stops. Lastly, the heat on the passenger side is completely cold. The heat on the drivers' side is fine. There are no transmission codes that come up about the jerks, I had the vehicle hooked up to a scanner. The turn signals, I have no idea where to start.
