Lighting Help

I can not figure this one out. The rear running lights on my t/a work perfectly when ever they should be on. There are brand new bulbs in every light socket. Now whenever I hit the brakes all the lights on the rear right side go out except for one, its just that side thought. Any thoughts, I was thinking maybe a short but wouldn't be side be going out? Also the brake fuse is fine.

Re: Lighting Help

Mine has a brake light issue sometimes but it happens more commonly cause of the turn signals and since they share the same lights. I am curious to see if it happens with them as well.

Re: Lighting Help

Oh and most likely its being caused by light corrosion in the socket from built up moisture being trapped in the housing.

I every so often clean out the socket with wd40 but the problem with mine and may be the problem with yours is that there is moisture getting into the enclosure. So whenever my car is washed or parked outside in the rain more water gets in there . You may want to see if there is moisture in there and then look at the seal all the way around the tail light and see if you can see where its getting in. I plan on putting in the new style Honeycomb tail lights so I have made piece with this temp problem.
