I have no idea what's going on.

So, I have a 1995 Z24 5-speed manual and I can't figure what's going on with it for the life of me. When I accelerate slowly it seems fine, but if I give moe gas than that, especially in higher gears, it's like it doesn't want to accelerate, almost as if it's getting way to much gas. Sometimes if hold the gas for a few seconds it picks bnack up and accelerates. When I put the pedal to the floor it usually doesn't respond at all. Please help I can't figure this out for the life of me. I've replaced my spark plugs, Fuel Filter, Fuel pump, Air filter, and I just the front motor mount, I don't think that had anything to do with it, but it needed changed. Thank you and I hope someone can figure it out.
